Do you offer prescription lenses?

We currently do not offer prescription lenses for our glasses.

My package hasn't arrived yet, where is it?

All US and most international orders come with a tracking code that will be emailed to you after your order is shipped. You can track it on our order tracking page.

My shipping status has been "Your item has been processed through a facility in..." for over a week. What does this mean and where is my package? 

This means that your package is currently in international transit, on its way to your country. Because this is the longest part of your package's journey, your status may not update for two weeks or more.

I entered my tracking code. Why can't I see where my package is?

Don't worry, it can take a few days for tracking information to become available. Just try again later.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on where you live. Detailed information about delivery times can be found on our shipping policy page.

Oops, I made a mistake on my order, can I change it?

Uh-oh. If you let us know within 1 hour of placing the order, we can help you make alterations. If 1 hour has passed, you can still let us know, but we can't guarantee changes can be made.

My product arrived damaged, can I get a new one?

Don't worry, in the unlikely event that any products arrive damaged, we are happy to replace them for you.

Do you offer refunds on sale items?

Unless the product arrives damaged, we do not offer refunds on sale items.
